Keith Cambridge has worked in the information technology field for over 21 years, with 12 years dedicated to information security and security operations development supporting the intelligence community, the federal government and the Department of Defense. Before forming ByteWatch Cybersecurity, Keith was a Senior Cybersecurity Advisor at the Department of Defense  supporting the JSP Program at the Pentagon, where he managed a technical analytical cell that provided computer network defense protecting the Pentagon’s cybersecurity mission capabilities. He also served as the Lead Cybersecurity Engineer for the Department of Treasury-US Mint Security Operation Services, where he assisted in developing and creating processes and procedures for standing up their security operations center.
 
Keith served as a Senior Cybsersurity Consultant providing direct technical and analytical Computer Network Defense (CND) support to the US Cyber Command Joint Force Headquarters (JFHQ), the White House, and the National Geospatial Intelligence Agency (NGA). Keith served as Lead Cyber Threat Analyst for the Department of Homeland Security Enterprise Security Operations Center (ESOC). Earlier in his federal career Mr. Cambridge was a senior network analyst on the United States Computer Emergency Readiness Team (US-CERT), providing incident response and continuous monitoring for various federal departments and agencies networks.
 
Keith has several year’s experience in federal and commercial consulting for firms such as IBM, Lockheed Martin, Northrop Grumman, CACI, SAIC, and Bank of Mellon. He  is a Certified Information Security Manager (CISM), GIAC Certified Incident Handler (GCIH), ITIL, Comptia and SourceFire certified. Keith holds several DoD and DHS security clearances including TS/SCI and a CI Polygraph. Keith earned a Bachelor’s of Science in Information and Telecommunication Systems from the  J Warren McClure School Ohio University. He has a Master’s degree in Cybersecurity from the University of Maryland and a second Master’s degree in Information Systems Management from Robert Morris University in Pittsburgh, Pennsylvania.
